On Tuesday, it was announced that Remigijus Milašius will continue the role as a president of the Lithuanian Basketball League for the next four years.
All ten members of the executive committee unanimously voted for the re-election. This will be the third term for Remigijus Milašius.
In 2013, he replaced Šarūnas Kliokis. Remigijus Milašius was happy with the trust shown by the clubs and hoped that in the new term he will be able to further raise the level of the product for basketball fans in Lithuania.
“Looking back at the plans that we have presented in the program of the last term, I can say that we have fulfilled 120 percent. Together with the team, we implemented all our plans, and when additional opportunities arose, we tried and did much more”, – said R. Milašius.
