Team Šakiai „Gulbelė” have finished their run in the group stage in the first tournament of the FIBA World Tour series 3 × 3 basketball, which started today in Doha (Qatar).
In the first game of the group, Šakiai team had to admit the advantage of the Serbian team from Liman – 14:21.
Šarūnas Vingelis scored 7 points, Aurelijus Pukelis added 3 points, while Darius Tarvydas and Paulius Beliavičius scored 2 points each.

In the second game of Group A, the Lithuanians could not prove their advantage over the Slovakian team ‘Piran’ and lost with the result of 13:17. With two losses in two games, Lithuanians did not qualify to the advanced stages.
Darius Tarvydas scored 6 points for Lithuanians, Aurelijus Pukelis and Paulius Beliavičius added 3 points each, Šarūnas Vingelis – 1.
