“Generational Talent” is a long-term project. A new selection of young players will be organised every year. All project participants receive training jerseys, and detailed physical and medical examination. According to them, specialists make individual recommendations on what needs to be improved, what dietary plan to follow and what regime to acquire. Specialists look after the children all year round.

Other project goals:
- Motivate young players to pursue higher goals and show examples that have been reached after tons of hard work;
- Pay attention not only to those who have already been selected for the national team, but also to those who may have a chance in the future;
- To acquaint young players with the requirements that are typical for higher skill basketball players and higher skill teams;
- Diversify the training routine for youngl players and show how other coaches work.
