Is my previously purchased ticket valid?
Due to the changed circumstances of the event, the Lithuanian Basketball Federation (LKF) has decided to cancel the validity of the previously purchased tickets and will refund the fans.
How do I get a refund?
a) If you have purchased the ticket through bilietai.lt online platform, no extra action is needed for the previous ticket holder. Money will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. Refund will be proceeded before the 15th of June, 2021. If you have not received a refund by the 15th of June, you should contact info@bilietai.lt directly.
b) Fans who bought tickets at the box office or by a proforma invoice should contact the distributor by email: info@bilietai.lt and send the completed refund form. You can find the refund form here: https://www.bilietai.lt/file/id/43766
When will the sales of new tickets start?
a) Ticket sales for the new event will start on May 28th. Previous ticket holders and LKF membership holders will have a priority to purchase them starting that day. New tickets will be available online and you will have to provide a unique ticket number (ID) to ‘unlock‘ the sale.
b) Ticket sales for the general public on the bilietai.lt platform will start on the 2nd of June.
Who can attend the event?
Fans will only be able to enter the arena with a valid ‘national certificate’, approved by the Government of Lithuania, and proof of identity. All fans older than the age of 6 MUST wear a mask inside the arena. More information available on: https://gpasas.lt/?lang=en
Will foreign citizens be allowed in the arena?
Foreigners, meeting the following criteria set by the Lithuanian Government, can attend the event:
- Those holding a medical document, a country-specific vaccination certificate or an international vaccination certificate confirming the full vaccination with one of the COVID-19 vaccines (COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen, Comirnaty, COVID-19 Vaccine Moderna and Vaxzevria) administered under the vaccination schedule approved by the competent authority of the country where the vaccination was carried out;
- Those holding a document from a medical establishment confirming that they had COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) diagnosed on the basis of a positive result from SARS-CoV-2 PCR test or an antigen test and that maximum 180 days have passed of the positive testing;
- Has a negative COVID-19 test result – PCR test from the last 72 hours or rapid antigen test from the last 24 hours (from the moment of taking the sample, NOT the time when individual has received the results);
- Kids under the age of 16

Can I simply exchange an old ticket for a new one?
Due to Lithuanian government imposed COVID-19 regulations, seating within the arena has been modified, therefore, it is not possible to ensure the same seating arrangements that were in place before the pandemic. Therefore, it is not possible to replace a previously purchased ticket with a new one.
